Text Box: Joan Lucarelli United States   Joan is a seasoned executive search veteran, and is the founder of JKL Partners LLC, a full service retained executive search firm. Previously she pioneered two National Top Twenty US based search firms' expansion into the New England marketplace. Her specialty spans several vertical practices, including Financial & Professional Services, High Technology, Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals, and Education & Not-for-Profit.  Clients range in size from emerging growth through Global 100 companies.   Prior to joining the executive search profession, Joan enjoyed a successful career  in the financial services, technology, and consulting industries - many positions held were in executive management with full P&L responsibility. In addition she has served as Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Boston University’s Graduate School of Management, and as Adjunct Professor of Finance at Bentley College’s Graduate School of Management.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Bentley College and an AB in Economics from Regis College.    Joan has a special interest in corporate leadership, organizational effectiveness, and governance and serves/has served on the Board of Directors of four not for profits and three independent companies.  She is a member of the Boston Club, a senior professional women's organization, and has been a keynote speaker at a number of industry events.   Text Box:
